Who we are

Messages you send us

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if you give one), the subject you choose and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. We keep them for as long as the conversation or any resulting work needs, and no longer than necessary after that. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who else sees it

Our website host and our email delivery provider handle your message on our behalf so that it reaches us. They act only on our instructions. Some of their systems are outside the UK; where that applies, your information is protected by the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

If you choose to donate, you leave this site for our donation platform, Zeffy, and Zeffy's own privacy policy applies there.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track individual visitors.

Your rights

UK data protection law gives you rights over your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. To use any of them, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
